Online Support
Online help is provided consistently throughout the Sustainability Dashboard. You’ll see contextual help in sidebars and pop-up tips. Support is also always available through our Feedback form and we always respond in less than one business day.
Live Setup Support
Expert and professional support staff will provide up to one hour of free live phone support to help you setup your Sustainability Dashboard, this also includes helping you set up facility profiles and any other basic account information. Additional support is provided at a flat rate of $85/hour.
Routine Data Entry
Support staff will provide up to one hour of free data entry for your organization’s monthly data only at the Gold and Platinum levels. Additional data entry is provided at a flat rate of $60/hour.
